Exactly like a group of people who combine their voices so that politicians can't just hire, fire, and cut their pay at will.


They put pressure on school districts to hire, fire and cut pay as they will...and sometimes the school district is right! Everyone's hands keep getting tied, and the teachers, the very ones the unions are supposed to protect, are the ones who end up suffering in the long run.
