The good schools would be running at capacity and the bad schools would be failing as few students as possible. I agree that we need to bring back vocational training in our schools, right now you almost have to join the military to get real vocational training and a lot of these kids would have a harder time getting in the military than in a community college.
But this isn't vocational schools versus academic school,s it is schools that teach vs schools that don't.
