He knew one of two things was true. Either a man was using his facility to rape young boys or one of his assistants was spreading disgusting lies. He allowed the one man to keep access to his facility and the other he promoted. If he has half the character we are told he has he would have demanded to know what happened and one of those two men would be gone. He failed and I think even he knows that. Personally I think they need to fire the assistant to since he knew the man he had saw raping a child was still around and nothing had happened. Real men stand up for what they know is right even if it cost them.
