plastic surgeons do a lot of work that requires a lot of skill...and even more skill to pull off without scarring. I have to respect that. I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't like purely cosmetic surgery. But hell..I wish I'd had a plastic surgeon to do my stitches for my mole removals! I don't know wtf happened, as I've seen work this dermatologist has done before and it looks great...but my incision/suture sites look TERRIBLE. Even beyond "stitching well"...it's the plastics people who are in charge of shit like major burns that's just badass doctoring.
