Re: chrimbo cake is the BEST! ranagrande Send a noteboard - 04/12/2011 11:48:56 AM
i've made three this year and all of them are marinading in brandy

edit 1: also why don't yanks ever talk about meat pies? all pies i've seen in american things are all sweet. savoury pies are awesome, how have americans not noticed this? a meat pie contains meat and a crap tonne of gravy, both things americans love.

WHHHHYYYYYYYYY no yankee meat pies?

We do have them, and we call them pot pies. They are usually individual servings, because Americans love meat and gravy so much that we don't want to share.
