Pretty sure you can just get some sand paper and sand em down a bit and you're fine.

Also, flushing the fluids are a very good idea because you don't know when the last time the previous owner did it. Same thing with the tire rotation. Look into the belt and control arm replacements. If you want to ask people with more expertise, hit up a jeep forum. You can get some good answers there.
