Again, I get Republicans voting Anybody but Obama, but not how anyone can be comfortable w/ Romney.

In comparison, even a "meh" type of alternative looks attractive.
For all the Hell raising, it is hard to imagine how Republicans could have gotten more from Bushs successor; the tax cuts and corporate subsidies keep on a-comin'. All Romney offers is the real possibility he may flip flop yet again once elected and balance the budget with tax hikes like he did in MA, while allowing the health care law he wrote to remain (in fact, both of those seem pretty likely.) Since we really do not know WTF Romney will do, because he has pledged himself to the most radical ranks on both sides at various times, I still do not undertand how anyone could be truly "comfortable" with him. Again, voting against Obama is not the same as voting for Romney (though it may well prove enough for the latters victory, even if the 2012 economy bears a striking resemblance to the 2004 economy.)

The statement "anyone but Obama" can be a rallying cry, but only for the right candidates.
