My only comment is that isn't Williamsburg where all the cool young muso types are meant to live?

Though its quite true, I prefer walks in the forest and a quiet place, smaller buildings, trees, flowers. Hip bars and restaurants aren't that appealing to me. (Forest Hills has a few anyway, should be plenty). Good luck with the new place.
