And it still made no sense. Judging by the music though, that was the highlight of his speech, and apparently deeply inspiring (to the penguins, anyway).

Really the only decent penguin character is from the later yugioh abridged episodes (if you know what that is, it's a really hilarious parody series posted on youtube), but even there it's only because he's in a parody series and serves only to be laughed at.

Though I guess the fact that I best know The Penguin and The Riddler from the really old Batman and Robin movies, which were practically parodies themselves, makes my opinions on them rather biased.
