Of course the far right has their own version of that. I was really refering to people who are willing to believe anything bad about the other side no matter if it makes sense or not regardless of which side are on. Sadly some memebers of the media fall into that category. Take for instance everyone at MSNBC with possible exception of Chris Hayes. He a lefty but he doesn't seem to need to shut his brain off to supoort his beliefs.
