I think I already said that a few weeks ago, and not for the first time. Hence Mideast and Western fundamentalists have spent decades killing thousands of Mideasterners and Westerners who cannot stand either of them. They are never getting together though; their whole world view (unlike that of billions of devout NON-extremists) is premised on the notion everyone not in PERFECT agreement with them is a servant of Hell.

Though I concede I must usually resist the urge to sneer at the "coexist" stickers advocating ardent support for nothing in particular. I think I recently covered that on the CMB, too, and caught a fair amount of flack for it.
