I know the left blames the NRA and the evil republicans but they fact is Obama and the left has done a piss poor job selling the idea that it would do any real good. I lot of people may be willing to agree with the idea but not a lot of people see it a s solution to gun violience.

In very general terms, about 90% of democrats voted with 90% of the population, while about 90% of republicans voted against 90% of the population. It's shocking Obama can't get this done. The opposition seems recalcitrant though, given the public opinion. They must know better than us
