Anyway, the difference lies between learning from the past mistakes or not.


A government does not sign treaties with its own citizens, as we had with a number of tribes. People love to cite the Trail of Tears, but the exact same thing was deemed perfectly acceptable in 1945 with the German populations of Eastern Europe (most of whom had nothing to do with voting Hitler into power, living as they did in other countries).
