I'm talking socioeconomics, not 2-D number-crunching.

I'd love to change things so that all groups committed crimes at the same rate. I'd love for no group to commit any crime at all. Neither of those will ever happen.

Can things be changed so that they're better? Undoubtedly.

However, this post isn't about why the crimes are committed. The post is about do cops unfairly target and kill black people based solely on their race. I'd say, from this one statistical match (so there is HUGE room for it to be wrong), that the answer isn't as cut-and-dried as many want to portray for whatever reason.
