You should focus on arrests for violent crimes (where confrontations with the police are more likely). Whereas blacks are more likely to commit crime overall than other demographics, they are a lot more likely to commit violent crimes.

But overall, L-Dog is right and the proportions of cops killing blacks is not out of whack with the arrest rates.
