View original postOnly the west, not the wartorn eastern parts. I know next to nothing about Ukraine, or it's culture or history. What I do know comes from a few Ukrainian friends I have there. I picked up some Ukrainian and Russian phrasebooks.


View original postAnyway, my question is: has anyone traveled there before? Any weird cultural practices? Good food to try? Anything I should bring specifically, or see while I'm in western Ukraine? Besides Chernobyl and Maidan, I'm not really sure of any sites to see or things to do.
