if he could have proven he was dragged by the car, he would probably not be facing murder charges for lying about it.....
also, Sandra Bland's case has yet to be resolved no matter what the official police report says about it. as these cases continue to prove, cops will cover for each other's lies if it means they don't have to be responsible about the people in their custody who end up dead.
