typically, yes it does. it also suggests a strong case cannot be made. which, technically, means a crime cannot be proven to have been committed.
As in the case of Michael Brown and Eric Garner and every other petty crook about whose death you carried on and on, while having no first-hand knowledge of the events, as opposed to heavily documented white collar crimes. Except the police officers in question have not had the power or means to obstruct investigations or intimidate or buy off witnesses.
again, TWENTY FIVE YEARS of investigations have turned up nothing.
Benghazi was four years ago. Except, of course, you aren't talking about that, you are talking about a wide array of activities, in every facet of the woman's life, that keep drawing the attention of law enforcement.
two Congresses filled with people who both have the power and desire to secure a criminal conviction -- nothing. at some point reality must set in....
Congresses - people subject to political pressures, not a jury. Congress is not an investigative body, nor are they empowered to act as a jury. And in every case, she had a President of the US with a strong motivation to see her skate, and a history of his Justice Department abusing their authority for political purposes.
no, i'm not implying republicans are all rapists. you chose the wrong letter. i'm implying the GOP leadership are all racists, because they are. with voterID laws being written specifically to prevent black people from successfully voting;
Liar.
lack of denouncement of Trump's ban on Muslims;
Muslim isn't a race.
refusal to reform immigration because the immigrants might vote Democratic;
That's an actual motivation that has nothing to do with race. How does citing an unrelated motivation support charges of racism.
the list goes on and on.
And all you could come up with were three items, two of which have nothing to do with race (and one of those by your own admission), and one of which you have repeatedly failed to demonstrate has any racist direction, only citing racial stereotypes in your efforts to claim it falls disproportionately on blacks.
i'm sure the rank and file, regular supporters of the GOP aren't all racists, but the leadership of the GOP most definitely is. and especially this cycle, with Trump giving voice to the white supremacist movement, and the GOP refusing to denounce THAT as well.
Remember when "white supremacist" meant "people who advocated for legalized second class citizenship for blacks," instead of "people who support policies in their own self interest that Democrats do not like".
For that matter, where do you get off calling the opposition racist, when their own interests are so consistently harmed by your policies? If absolutely every liberal plank is against white or male interests, doesn't that sort of pattern suggest you are the racists?
