She just stated that Tim thinks the outcome of a British referendum would not be in favour of the Treaty. Knowing Tim, he's a whole lot more positive to the EU than the average Briton.

Not so much, actually.

He (we) likes the ease of movement and the cooperation it brings. He (we) hates the bureaucracy and the way it's turning towards federalism. I wasn't being entirely jokey with my subject line above.
