It's the original. NYC and New Haven, CT both claim to be the birthplace of pizza in the US. Both opened their first pizza restaurant around 1905. Both make Neapolitan hand-tossed, thin crust pizza, cooked in coal fired ovens until crispy and slightly charred around the edges.

NYC, Connecticut, Northern New Jersey, it's all the same. Best pizza in the country.
Something in the water makes the crust perfection.
If I ever go to NYC, you'll have to tell me where to find this slice of heaven.
