When one ponders the locations that create the world's most sublime pizzas, Scotland generally does not make the top ten. So you have an excuse.

Greg (The Shrike) was commenting on the food known as Chicago style pizza. It is a deep dish concoction with the cheese beneath a layer of tomato sauce. As such, it may taste good. But it is not pizza. It is more accurately a baked tomato, cheese and dough casserole.
