Eight years in the USMC I ran ask lot of 3-5 miles but nothing longer random thoughts Send a noteboard - 01/05/2017 07:45:38 PM

I enjoyed running and wish I had stayed with it when I got out but it killed my knees. Not sure how much of a difference there between five miles and 10K but 3 to 5 really want that different. Just takes longer.

I'm not a distance runner. I never did more than 5 miles at once. - 29/04/2017 05:35:34 PM 620 Views

After 60-90 minutes, there really is a difference, I've noticed - 02/05/2017 12:23:16 AM 944 Views
