Specifically, the rule that whatever they tell you is a lie.
"(On Friday) I'll have the tires here first thing Monday morning = I didn't order them at all. When you call to check to see that they're in, I'll pretend I can't find them for a half hour and then call you to tell you the truth, which is that I DIDN'T ORDER THEM!"
He offered me $15 off the tires if I wanted to do them tomorrow. IF I take off work to do that, I'll lose more than that from my paycheck.
They are now telling me that they can get it done in 15 minutes. Why should I believe ANYTHING this guy tells me?
