Re: The Great RAFO Survey Colonel Logain Send a noteboard - 17/12/2009 03:38:52 AM
1. How often do you visit Read And Find Out?

Well, I open it in a tab and refresh it several times per day.

1.a) Is visit the wrong word, perhaps? Is the correct question "How long have you lived at Read And Find Out?"

2. Did you migrate here from the Homeland?

Yes

3. Which Messageboards do you frequent?

Mainly Community, though I also keep an eye on Games, TV/Movies and Sci-Fi/Fantasy

4. Did you take part in the inaugural Book Club on the Sci-Fi & Fantasy board?

Unfortunately not

4.a) Do you plan to take part in January's Book Clubs?

Yes

4.b) Did you vote for the Book Club choices?

Yes

5. Have you read The Gathering Storm?

Not yet. I'm waiting for it to come out in paperback size so it matches the other 11 books

5.b) Would you enter a competition on the WoT Messageboard to win a free copy of The Gathering Storm?

Probably, yes

6. What is your favourite television show?

Tough question. Probably Spicks & Specks.

6.a) What is your favourite film?

Pan's Labyrinth

6.b) Have you made any posts on the TV & Movies Messageboard?

Yes

7. Do you play any console games?

I only really play DS games, but I've played a few XBox 360 games in my time.

7.a) What is your favourite board game?

Chess

7.b) What is your favourite card game?

Magic, The Gathering

7.c) Have you ever joined a discussion on the Games Messageboard?

Yes

8. Have you ever played Dungeons & Dragons or another RPG?

No

8.a) Go on, tell the truth. Have you?

No

8.b) Have you joined any of the games on the RPG Messageboard?

No

8.c) Did you even know we had one of those?

Yes

9. What is your favourite Category on the Community Messageboard?

Probably Humour, or MGB's sports posts.

9.a) Would you join in with a ROscars event?

Yes, most definitely

9.b) Would you like me to explain what "ROscars" might be?

No, I think I understand

9.c) Is RAFOscars a better name?

No, sounds creepy

10. Do you know who the Team members are?

Yes

10.a) Do you wish you could post on the Team Messageboard?

I wish I could see the team messageboard

10.b) Would you believe us if we told you it's really quite boring? (Truly.)

No. It makes me believe the opposite is true, really

10.c) Why has our illustrious leader, Sir Benjamin Drinkalot, not put up information about himself on the Meet the Team page?

Because he's not on the Team, he transcends the team.

11. Would you come along to a RAFO Gathering?

Yes.

12. Do you know how to change your colour scheme?

Yes. I changed it to blue, but changed it back to green because blue was too samey.

12.a) Did you know we had colour schemes?

Of course

13. Do you know how to change the quote style so every paragraph is quoted separately?

Yes

13.a) Don't you think that's jolly useful for surveys?

Awesomly so

13.b) Don't change it now because if you do you'll lose all of your answers. ;)

Did it before I started answering :|

14. What is your favourite Donate! message?

The pirate one. Makes me think I'm on Facebook

15. Have you submitted any Quote of the Moment suggestions?

Yes, and 3 got accepted :|

16. Do you read instructions at the top of pages or do you just do what you went to that page to do?

Normally I know what I'm doing.

16.a) Have you read through the Bugs & Suggestions page?

Yes.

16.b) Have you posted any Bugs or Suggestions?

Yes, one

16.c) If so, did you check first whether it had already been posted?

Yes

17. Do you keep an eye on the News sections on the Homepage?

Not really
