Re: The Great RAFO Survey random thoughts Send a noteboard - 24/01/2010 04:17:27 PM
1. How often do you visit Read And Find Out?

depends on what is going on with my life.

1.a) Is visit the wrong word, perhaps? Is the correct question "How long have you lived at Read And Find Out?"

no I come here often but I don't live here.

2. Did you migrate here from the Homeland?

yes and I miss the glory days

2.a) If no, who introduced you to this glorious site?

3. Which Messageboards do you frequent?

this one and the community board

4. Did you take part in the inaugural Book Club on the Sci-Fi & Fantasy board?

no. I don't have that much time to read anymore so I am not willing willing to read books I am not interested in.

4.a) Do you plan to take part in January's Book Clubs?

probably not

4.b) Did you vote for the Book Club choices?

yes

5. Have you read The Gathering Storm?

yes

5.a) If you answered Yes to 5., have you joined discussions on the Wheel of Time Messageboard?

nope. I probably should but some people are just way to into it.

5.b) Would you enter a competition on the WoT Messageboard to win a free copy of The Gathering Storm?

well I already own a copy so no.

6. What is your favourite television show?

right now? Dexter

6.a) What is your favourite film?

I don't have a favorite but the best thing I have seen recently is moon.

6.b) Have you made any posts on the TV & Movies Messageboard?

not often

7. Do you play any console games?

I play some PC games which are pretty much the same. I am looking forward to Bios Shock II. We have a Wii and I play every once in while.

7.a) What is your favourite board game?

Monopoly. Any game where harassing the other players is rewarded is a good game.

7.b) What is your favourite card game?

hearts or 42 which isn't technically a card game.

7.c) Have you ever joined a discussion on the Games Messageboard?

no

8. Have you ever played Dungeons & Dragons or another RPG?

I played basic D&D and then switched to AD&D when that came out. We played a lot but never got that serious about it. Mostly drew dungeons created characters, painted figures and smoked pot.

8.a) Go on, tell the truth. Have you?

yes I really did

8.b) Have you joined any of the games on the RPG Messageboard?

no

8.c) Did you even know we had one of those?

I knew there was a RPG message baord

9. What is your favourite Category on the Community Messageboard?

politics

9.a) Would you join in with a ROscars event?

9.b) Would you like me to explain what "ROscars" might be?

don't even know what that is

9.c) Is RAFOscars a better name?

sure why not

10. Do you know who the Team members are?

I have no idea what it even is so no

10.a) Do you wish you could post on the Team Messageboard?

no really

10.b) Would you believe us if we told you it's really quite boring? (Truly.)

yes I would

10.c) Why has our illustrious leader, Sir Benjamin Drinkalot, not put up information about himself on the Meet the Team page?

no idea

11. Would you come along to a RAFO Gathering?

if it was close but I wouldn't travel for one.

12. Do you know how to change your colour scheme?

yes thank god. that green would kill my eyes

12.a) Did you know we had colour schemes?

yep

13. Do you know how to change the quote style so every paragraph is quoted separately?

yes

13.a) Don't you think that's jolly useful for surveys?

it was annoying before I figured it out

13.b) Don't change it now because if you do you'll lose all of your answers. ;)

they were not that good anyways;)

14. What is your favourite Donate! message?

don;t click here

15. Have you submitted any Quote of the Moment suggestions?

no but I should

16. Do you read instructions at the top of pages or do you just do what you went to that page to do?

I just look for post

16.a) Have you read through the Bugs & Suggestions page?

nope
