Like they're being interviewed. You have to offer something of yourself, too.


If you're careful, and do it right, asking questions all night is a great way to get to know a person. Sure, you can add your own anecdotes, and what not, but if you want to get to know someone closely, asking them questions about themselves, and commenting on their stories in a positive way is the best way to get them to open up and, potentially, like you.
