no but when they go bad they go real bad random thoughts Send a noteboard - 18/01/2010 07:54:40 PM
were the Cowboys really that much better then the Bills when they were destroying them in Super Bowls? I didn't think so but in post season if a team gets far enough ahead things often go bad in a hurry for the other team. I never said all Super Bowls are blowouts only they if a team get far enough behind the wheels can come off in a hurry.

I am not making excuses for the Cowboys, they played like crap on the offensive line and poorly over all, but teams giving up big points in an away playoff game is hardly unique. It isn't unique to the Cowboys and it isn't unique to the NFC. In fact this year it has been pretty much the norm with the only losing away team not getting blow out being Green Bay and even then they gave up a ton of points. Being able to come back from that far behind is a credit to the Packers even if they did lose but I doubt they could have done it against the Vikings defense in that stadium.
