...tell me about it. If you want to get a glass of it out at the bar, it will set you back $9.00. An entire liter of it is only $9.99 at the grocery/import house.
Yeah I usually pick them up at my grocery store if I want a treat. They only have Framboise Lambic there, but it's very tasty and cheaper than buying it at the only bar that has the beer.
I guess it's understandable why it's so expensive though...when I first tried it I researched what "lambic" means, and the way they make that is pretty....time consuming and difficult apparently.
There is an icecream shop here in Columbus, OH which makes an icecream flavor out of the Cherry Lambic (Kriek, in Dutch). You should check it out: http://jenisicecreams.com/
It tastes EXACTLY like the beer. Well....all of her flavors are fantastic, this only one example.
