.....you incur a ton of debt AND it doesn't improve your career/job situation (i.e., your income doesn't increase or you are not able to make the career change you were hoping for).
Also, it is tough to get a new job in this economy.....so hopefully you are going to school for at least a year or two (economy may be better then).
The large majority of the time, more degrees/schooling is a good thing, but not always.
