Absolutely. I like music, and I like theater/TV/movies, so, well, why wouldn't I like musicals?

I have this feeling that I would if I got to know it more, but I can't say that I do know it.

We need an opera club on this board so us ign'ant foo's can learn us some opera.

I guess everything, really... the story, the songs, Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford (the movie version was slightly disappointing as a result, although Emmy Rossum and Gerard Butler are good singers in their own right, and I have no complaints about the acting or general look of the movie).

Phantom used to be my favorite, but Les Mis has taken that spot. Phantom seems a little contrived now. Melodramatic. Which I suppose is the point.

Can't say that I have one.

I have not, for the simple reason that I've never seen (or read) Les Mis.
