I don't think any of the variant spellings have two s's. Pet peeve, people have been spelling my name Issac and Issaac since I was a kid.



Was he commenting about people on other sites? I missed that. Well, he's certainly in good company I'm sure when it comes to being disgusted by the sort of comments following most articles and blogs. I've always felt we'd be better off if the post comment section at the end of articles had a quick online quiz before you could post with questions like 'who wrote the article?' 'what's 16+7?' and 'are you clinically insane?'



Economics vs accuracy, yeah phones always introduce a bias. No real solution to that, but unavoidable or not, it still makes polling data questionable at best. Frankly I can't think of the last time I saw a poll where what I would've guessed didn't fall pretty close to what they list, especially with margin for error, and I definetly don't have a knack for reading the tea leaves.



I'd say so, honestly it didn't even crosss my mind till you mentioned it that he was talking about somewhere else. Though, as I said, I haven't been to involved in this thread. Feels too much like trying to debate how to interpret a tarot card reading.
