First off, it is explicitely stated that the data is for attacks on American Soil. Beyond neatly leaving off the hundreds of attacks since '01 off american soil, it leaves out 3 of the most prominent terrorist attacks of the timeline mentioned - the attack on the barracks in beruit, the attack in the berlin disco, and the bombing of the USS Cole, I think there was a couple embassies bombings too. The FBI has every reason not to include these attacks, their mission is primarily stateside, the author of this rather vicious rant did not, it's just intellectual dishonesty warping data while spewing some of the worst bile I've seen in a while. I'd almost half expect the author looked up the figures assuming right-wing terrorist attacks would make up a big chunk of that pie chart and was so ticked that it wasn't that they wrote this whole thing in a fit of rage.
