But also the radio (which is nothing near as biased as the stuff from the states) RTÉ/Newstalk/Today FM depending on the show. For more specialised subjects I tend to look at specific blogs.

1. Do you primarily read or watch?

Mainly read and listen. It's very rare that I watch the news on TV mainly because I just don't tend to watch the TV at the times it is on. I tend to avoid dedicated news channels unless there is a breaking event.

I often listen to radio news programmes when I'm commuting into work.

2. Everybody may fudge on the question, but do you think that show/site/paper/mag/etc is biased or reasonably fair?

In the main balanced and fair. The papers will tend to have columnists and opinion writers which have a bias but they are very obvious and the one paper will generally balance out overall by having contrasting viewpoints.

Radio can be a bit worse but I tend to avoid those presenters with a bias as I find them annoying.

3. Do you find yourself reading/watching things that fit your view, or do you try to pick other sources to make yourself read/watch something you find less pleasant (be honest!)?

I try in the main for balanced reporting/writing. As for opion pieces with a bias I tend to read from all sides unless it is very extreme.

4. Other than read and find out, do you contribute comments to websites (having to do with news, political debates, etc- not exactly talking youtube here)?

Rarely. I don't usually have the time to put together a well constructed contribution, which is what you need on those sites

5. Do you typically read the comments, regardless of whether you participate? While we're on the subject, can you name a site where one can generally find semi-reasonable comments?

Yes, I do tend to lurk away.
