Cali SC already upheld it, this inclines me to think it will be upheld again, as I said 'guess' not a strong opinion or analysis of the case thus far.



Not really, I take it as a given it's going all the way to SCOTUS, so the individual rulings along the way don't really catch my eye, except that Walker is likely to be a pariah to one side or another after this case. I've seen a few articles about the request for cameras and email disclosure thing that got overturned, but can't say as I've paid much attention, why, is it especially exciting? I hate missing a good legal bloodbath, but this issue has never really mattere dmuch to me so I tend to ignore it since no one has put it on the ballot in my state yet.
