I don't know if it would the specifics but if looks like a step down on your resume it will hurt you. People moving backwards in their careers is one of the things we used to look for when we were reviewing resume. When you 10 times as many resumes as you need you look for any reason to toss them.

Honestly, I can see both sides of this, and said as much the other night. About all I can do is hope and pray for the best, so that's what I'm gonna do. I think we're still a ways from the day I give him advice instead of the other way 'round.
