If they make a mistake they take a week to fix and give you an insincere apology. If you make a mistake they fleece you for as much as they can. You are lucky it only cost you $65 dollars, my son got hit for several hundred when he went forgot about a charge. Since then he has learned to not use his check card for every single expense.
