this is super cool, i never knew jews prayed like this, it almost looks and sounds like the way we do it. guess you learn something new everyday...

well that explains alot....however a spanish professor once told me it had something to do with the jewish people have all the money in spain cuz muslims and christians werent allowed to deal in interest or something...so what better way to take someones money then by killing them?

That's just revisionism on the part of secular historians who can't quite grasp the idea of people doing anything for any reasons other than economic. In fact, IIRC, a bishop at the time objected on economic grounds, to the expulsion of the Jews from Spain (which was what was actually done, btw, not killing them or, oh, say, driving them into the sea).
