I think it would be more accurate as a comparison to say "Everyone's a sinner, so your account that no one was murdered in your history books seems implausible"

Did you read the article I linked to or are you just assuming I was implying outright distortion of historical facts in children's textbooks is A-Okay?


that just because a given goal (in this case perfect objectivity in history books) is impossible to attain completely, it doesn't mean that one should give up on the goal entirely, or refuse to even make the attempt.
