What does it taste like? I was reading an article about french fries, and the fries cooked in horse fat were described as delicious, though undeniably a bit horsey.


....but I have considered it. There's a market on the canal bank opposite my office every Thursday with various lunch stalls and whatnot. Last week there was one with skewers of horse on the grill. Smelled good :D
