Unless I've got it backwards, it looks like that would make more sense.
It sounds a bit odd, perhaps, but it is true. A size 14 is huge. 5'4" and 140lbs is nowhere near a 14. 8 or 10 at the largest.
Although, I suppose some of the weight could be due to muscle, which would make a different.
