a Quality Control department at Apple.

So far, my family has returned 17 iPods, 5 iPhones, and 3 iPads. When it works, it seems to work fine....but finding one that actually works makes owning an Apple product fucking stupid.

EDIT: This was in the past two years and each and everyone bricked.
