A Harvard legal expert said he thought it was the most likely cause, due to the massive reliance Blizzard has on the Korean market.

However, even if it is the cause, then it could be avoided by Blizzard having a seperate Korean-language forum not integrated with the English-language stuff. Blizzard have developed this, somewhat inexplicable, desire to integrate BattleNet with everything, so WoW and SC2 players, English-language and others, are all part of the same system. Which is odd because crossovers between these markets are not guaranteed, or even likely.
