You get the box and its contents, and are allowed to use the key to DL your copy whenever you want. I see no reason to buy the digital only, because retail is win/win.
$60 is annoying to pay for a PC game, especially when we know Blizz won't lower the price until at least expansion time. And then we'll have to pay for two more, if we're so inclined. It's the same price monopoly that they had with Modern Warfare 2. Thanks a lot, Activision.
