I actually like the universe being at stake, or at least something suitably large and massive. "The world" is usually good, but when you're dealing with sci-fi, so what if one world goes down? You have a few dozen more. I have a hard time caring about a storyline that isn't suitably epic. There's just no way to get invested in the drama if all that's at stake is someone's village.



How about "The End of the Protoss and Terran races?" That's pretty large, and you don't have to burn the entire universe to get there.
