When it comes to graphics, the average gamer uses "good" and "bad" to roughly compare a game to current standards. When a kid goes into a game store and says "these graphics are awesome!" he doesn't mean, "these graphics are awesome compared to what was available in 1998!"

If that's what YOU mean when you say "good," then fine: WoW has good graphics. You'll find yourself to be in the minority with that viewpoint, however. Still, I guess I really can't argue with you any more. WoW graphics are provably below modern standards, by a significant margin. When graphics are far below the standard norm, I consider them bad. As do most other gamers. If you don't, well. . .*shrugs* That's grand. Enjoy your Warcraft. :P
