...but is this supposed to be, well, BETTER than Fallout 3?

Because Fallout 3 had a lot of issues.


Well, from the sounds of it, there are a LOT more options in terms of using your environment. As Jacob said, actions influence how others perceive you which is different. You can now make your own AMMO from plants and crap. So, bio weapons and such. They have hardcore more. There are lot of a additions but I'm not sure if it fixes the problems of the first. What problems are you talking about, specifically?
