Mass Effect 1 & 2 - (my favorite games on XBox 360) - best 2 RPGs on the system; great story in 1, excellent action in 2; they're different, but both are amazing.
Bioshock 2 - haven't played it, but it looks like more of Bioshock.
Oblivion - old, but fun RPG, open world, do whatever you want.

ME is awaiting my interest to get piqued again.
Oblivion is also one waiting on me to get interested again.
