I wanted to play a Shaman, because that's the only class I've never played before. Since I saw that Worgen were going to have Shaman as a class option, I thought about playing one. I eventually decided I didn't want to wait for Cata to start, though, and I think I'm glad I made that decision. Why? Because I've seen some NPC Worgen now, and talked to them. Their voices are annoying as all get out. I do NOT want to hear my character talk, hit things, grunt, etc, if they sound anything like the NPC worgen. Also, I saw a Worgen running around before Cata came out, in Ironforge. Not sure if it was something that was charmed, or a disguise a player had on or what, but it ran on all fours with a goofy-looking lope. If that's what I'd have to watch my character do all the time, noooooo thank you.

Of course, both of those are probably fixed for player characters. I imagine I'm worrying over nothing, and Worgen are awesome. Then again. . .gift of the Naaru is amazing, even at higher levels. I wouldn't want to give that up.

Random thought to end the post: are all characters as invincibly powerful as Shamans are these days? I've played many other DPS classes in the past, and I have NEVER killed stuff as fast as this Enhancement Shaman of mine. Mobs die in well under two seconds. One out of every three dies instantly, when procs and crits line up right. I've killed 6 same level mobs at once on many occasions, without having to heal. It's absolutely ridiculous.
