I feel like people don't realize just how important this mess with Bioware is. Software is moving to the cloud, and its transition will be shaped in large part by events just like the one we've been talking about. We're literally watching the future of computing take shape, here, as Bioware's game activation policy is one of the first instances of true friction between Cloud and Consumer. Whatever resolution is reached in this conflict will serve as an important precedent in the move from Desktop to Cloud, and I think it's really cool that we get to see it develop in real-time.
