And yes, I liked Balthier's voice as well. I didn't really have a problem with the actual voice acting of anyone (Vaan got a little annoying at times, but I it didn't bother me much), just the. . .quality of the sound. They all just sounded a little louder than they should, with a little less background noise than there should be, and a slight amount of echo/reverb/something. That's my best shot at an explanation. :P


I think you hit the nail right on the head here. I noticed the sound issues too and just went through a dream sequence when Vaan was knocked out and the "sound effect" was turned up to 9 on a scale of 10. The rest of the time it seems to be at a 4 or so relatively speaking.

I'm really enjoying the few hours a day that I have been playing the game. The battles havent gotten old yet and its a really nice looking game too. The one elf? girl who joined with Balthier has got a really hot ass that hangs 3/4 out of her outfit on the cutscenes too. :tongue:
